It was while spending summers on his grandparents Salvatore and Giuseppina’s farm on the Mille Îles River in Quebec that Stephen saw his passion for working the land and making wine take shape. After a long morning in the sunshine, everyone was seated at the table with a plate of pasta and a glass of light, fresh red wine. Our cuvée celebrates the place wine holds at the heart of Italian agricultural culture.

Mille-Îles is crafted from a blend of limestone plots, which imparts freshness and vibrancy to the gently processed Malbec. Its red fruit notes and silky tannins, combined with the minerality of the Quercy Blanc soils, evoke long summer days reminiscent of the start of holidays.
